Job Description

Einstein is seeking an Endocrinologist Physician to join the growing team at our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania practice, less than 20 miles northwest of downtown Philadelphia, and Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia. The Montgomery Main Campus Hospital, nearby, is a beautiful and modern medical center. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Working with 5 Physicians and 2 NPs

  • General Endocrinology – Full spectrum of Endocrine medicine

  • Patients per day: NP 15-16 / Docs 20 – 25 Varies on appointment type, 20, 30 and 40 mins

  • Working M-F 32-36 hours per week. 1 night up to 6pm. Flexible hours depend on patient contact hours.

  • Weekend call inpatient and outpatient. When inpatient, reduced outpatient. 85% Outpatient/15% inpatient

  • 1:4 [Will be 1:5 when staffed]

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited program
  • Completion of an approved residency and fellowship
  • Board Certification/Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine/Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
  • Current medical licensure
