As a Specialist, Project Management you will lead and manage full-cycle projects (from inception to completion) across multidisciplinary teams and across all media types (digital to traditional) to ensure on-time, on-budget and error-free execution.

 

• Act as cross-functional hub for project executions while partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success
• Takes ownership of project efficiency
• Utilize Agile (Kanban+/Scrum) and Waterfall processes and applies relevant approach by project type
• Experience in omni-channel/all media types of production including digital, eComm, print, video, and packaging
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Open jobs utilizing agency software tools
• Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs
• Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta- agency partners - holistic timeline creation and management
• Gather and vet specs across all media types (digital, ecommerce, broadcast, print, promotions + packaging) to ensure project accuracy
• Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plan to internal & external teams

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience with 1+ of those years of experience in administrative experience and/or managing multiple projects

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
