• Has significant experience caring for individuals with dementia/Alzheimer’s
  
  
• Understands behavior management, redirection, safety monitoring, and emotional reassurance
  
  
• Is compassionate, patient, and reliable
  
  
• Holds a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Can pass a background check
