Apply now!</p> <p> </p> <p>What you'll do </p> <p><br/> As a Strategic Customer Innovation Working Student (f/m/d), you will gain exclusive insights into partnerships and collaboration (co-innovation councils) between SAP and strategic SAP customers. We are looking for talented people who have a strong interest in tomorrow's innovation topics and are interested in driving the co-innovation programs with the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your assignments mainly include (but are not limited to):</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Support Strategic Customer Innovation managers in their daily tasks: <ul> <li>Draft customer communications incl. meeting minutes</li> <li>Support customer meetings by preparing Mural boards and polls</li> <li>Participate in customer meetings, help facilitate customer workshops</li> <li>Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings </li> <li>Maintain SAP-internal SharePoint Sites</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support concept development and design cross media assets that support the internal and external communication of the team´s message and strategy </li> <li>Drive selected topics on your own (based on your experience)</li> <li>Work on multiple projects at the same time and meet overlapping deadlines </li> </ul> <p><br/> Your learning and development opportunities:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Get insights into the latest innovation topics and trends (e.g. GenAI use cases, Cloud products, … )</li> <li>Get insights into SAP’s innovation and product development processes</li> <li>Work in an international and global environment and get to know the SAP culture and ecosystem</li> <li>Collaborate with customers from different industries</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Part-time, 15-20 hours a week, fix hours per day (e.g. 3 hours a day). Ability to come to the Walldorf office location at least once a week is preferred.</p> <p><br/> What you bring </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences </li> <li>Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Economics, Business Informatics or similar  </li> <li>Hands-on and result-oriented mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery</li> <li>Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently </li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills in German &amp; English</li> <li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Polls)</li> <li>Optional: Skills in Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects</li> <li>Experience as a working student, (Ex-)SAP working student is a plus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Meet your team </p> <p> </p> <p>​​The Strategic Customer Innovation Team manages exclusive collaboration with selected top customers, which are highly innovative and in a global scale, to build strategic partnerships.</p> <p> </p> <p>The focus of the team is enhancing customer experience, ensuring customer success, and supporting product success in a complex collaboration environment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Therefore, the program provides a governance framework to bring different initiatives of a customer in one joint program, to increase transparency and alignment between development units, streamline interactions between customer and SAP and manage expectation and risk centrally, as well as proactively.</p> <p> </p> <p><em>Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
