One Identity Senior Software Engineer

<p>Identity &amp; Access Management is a core driver for Information Security at Allianz Technology. The Identity Lifecycle &amp; Access Provisioning (IL&amp;AP) cluster is tasked to continuously develop and enhance our IAM solutions, harden their resilience against attackers and keep the access management efficient, traceable and secure to ensure that the IT services of the Allianz group are in line with the audit requirements. We value internal talent and promote internal advancement, offering training programs, mentoring, and skills development that allow our employees to advance in their careers. </li> <li><b>Compensation and Benefits Package:</b> It includes a company bonus plan, pension, employee stock program, and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>What will make you succeed in this position?</b></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Informatics, Information technology, Mathematics, related areas or comparable work experience</li> <li>Excellent English skills both written and spoken fluently</li> <li>At least 5 years of working in the field of software engineering/development</li> <li>Experience working with modern IGA software preferably One Identity, SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock or similar</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of software development tool sets and languages (.NET, VB.NET or similar like Java, C++)</li> <li>Relational databases and query languages (Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL)</li> <li>Preferably experience with modern web application frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js or similar)</li> <li>Experience with performance optimization of applications and databases</li> <li>Knowledge of API development (REST or SOAP)</li> <li>Operating systems (Windows, Linux servers)</li> <li>Software testing</li> <li>Experience working with agile software methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)</li> <li>Experience in IAM with strong knowledge of IAM concepts, processes and understanding of security, risks, and governance is a plus</li> <li>Technical expertise and interest in IT security, Identity and Access Management and related fields of technology, and open to new trends and technologies</li> <li>Proven track record of the ability to create proper documentation and being capable of transfering knowledge in an enterprise scaled, international environment</li> <li>Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent</li> <li>Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients, working in cross-functional teams as well as willingness to support new team members</li> <li>Experience with incident analysis/handling with a close contact to architects, business analysts, engineers and customers</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Your mission in the role will be:</b></p> <ul> <li>Being responsible for developing our <b><b>One Identity Manager (1IM)</b></b> software and setting up technical solutions regarding IAM services and their integration in our existing solutions</li> <li>Being in close alignment with the IAM architects and product owners when defining service changes and new demands</li> <li>Solution design, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, configuration and maintenance in an agile DevOps approach together with other software and application engineers</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b>About Allianz Technology</b></p> <p>Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
