This isn’t your average sales role—expect autonomy, high expectations, and real impact.</p> <p><strong>Responsabilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, closing, and account expansion.</p></li> <li> <p>Build and manage a pipeline using modern outbound strategies (<strong>sequencing</strong>, automation, personalization)</p></li><li>Interact confidently with executives, founders, and technical leaders.</li><li>Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure client success.</li><li>Share information with the team.</li><li>Represent the company in a way that builds lasting trust and reputation.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or similar role</strong> in tech staffing.</p></li> <li> <p>Strong track record in <strong>closing deals and owning revenue goals.</strong></p></li> <li> <p>Fluent with modern sales tools: <strong>sequencing, outreach, CRM platforms (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Deep understanding of the <strong>tech ecosystem</strong> and how startups operate.</p></li> <li> <p><strong>Portfolio of remote clients</strong> or experience building trusted, long-distance relationships.</p></li> <li> <p>Agile and adaptable – <strong>industry-agnostic</strong>, quick to understand new verticals.</p></li> <li> <p>Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first team.</p></li> </ul> <p><br/></p>
