Pay Grade/Pay Range:  Minimum: $16.63 - Midpoint: $19.95 (Hourly N3)

Department/Organization: 505171 - Supply Store - Ferguson

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some weekends and extended hours

Job Summary: The Supervisor Sales Associate plans, directs, and supervises the cashier operation at all locations. Uses the computerized management system for processing customers through P.O.S. Assists customers with questions. Assists with merchandising the convenience item area of the store. Answers all cashiers' questions as needed.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and four (4) years or customer service or retail experience; OR associate's degree and two (2) years or customer service or retail experience; OR bachelor's degree and some customer service or retail experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Extensive customer service experience and skills in a retail environment that parallels the functions of this position. Experience with software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
