Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Technology

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton’s Enterprise Technology organization in New York, NY is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Supply Chain, who is passionate about creating a seamless logistics experience from production to fulfillment to return for both our Members and colleagues.  The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our Supply Chain applications stack with a laser focus on reducing friction points between interdependent order transactions. In this role, you'll identify opportunities to streamline our first, middle, and last mile as well as reverse logistics processes.  You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to recommend and test system changes. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and data-driven decision-making, you'll be at the forefront of creating best-in-class supply chain operations while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Lastly, the ideal candidate should have broad understanding of Supply Chain functions, working knowledge with supply chain transactions, and experience using different technologies to support supply chain operations. The success of this role will be measured by the percentage and accuracy of automated transactions that drive inventory and delivery management.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Ensure completeness of transactions in various systems across the supply chain technology stack, including but not limited to Peloton’s ERP, Supplier Portal, order management applications, 3PL applications, logistics management vendor applications. 
• Represent Enterprise Technology, Supply Chain Tech, to collaborate daily with business stakeholders in global supply chain operations, supply planning, transportation, reverse logistics, order management, apparel, other sale distribution channels, finance, and compliance teams.
• Create and execute a roadmap for ongoing application and integration improvements that will reduce transactional errors and streamline inventory and revenue processes
• Become the subject matter expert in order and inventory transactions flows.
• Provide business analysis and testing support for system changes.
• Identify opportunities for consolidation and integration to optimize efficiency.
• Triage, guide, and assist business stakeholders to resolutions for production issues that block operations
• Communicate enhancements and changes to stakeholders so that cross-functional teams are aligned to, or have opportunity to leverage, new processes, and to provide feedback for improvements.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in Netsuite or similar ERP system
• 1+ years experience in SQL database query
• 1+ years experience in Salesforce desirable
• Familiarity with integration and/or middleware applications, such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica, Workato 
• Working experience in API and EDI integrations 
• Strong understanding of first, middle, final mile, and reverse logistics processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to create system and process designs using Lucid or similar tools.
• Intermediate skills in general office systems, equipment, and applications to support business needs (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Project Management systems JIRA, etc.)

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
