The University of Florida Department of Recreational Sports is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to lead the daily management of facility operations across RecSports venues.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the daily operations of UF RecSports facilities

· Supervise, develop, and support professional and student staff

· Oversee fiscal responsibilities for the unit

· Manage purchasing, inventory, and equipment rentals

· Collaborate with stakeholders across campus and beyond

This position reports directly to the Associate Director for Facilities & Operations and will serve to support the vision, goals, and objectives set forth for the unit. This position will collaborate with both internal and external groups as needed to complete the job responsibilities and support the Department of Recreational Sports.  

Expected Salary:

$56,000-$63,000

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in appropriate areas of specialization with four years of experience, or Master's degree in appropriate areas of specialization with two years of experience.

Valid driver's license required.

Preferred:

Master's degree with four years of experience leading operations in a collegiate recreation setting.
