As an Analyst, you'll collaborate with various JPM lines of business, ensuring accurate and timely event announcements. Job Summary:

As an Analyst in the Announcement Capture Utility (ACU), you will provide operational support for various internal and external clients around the globe. The ACU team is responsible for identifying, drafting, validating, and announcing corporate action events. Announcement information is maintained and updated throughout the lifecycle of the corporate action. You will partner with multiple JPM lines of business that subscribe to and utilize this information. You will be responsible for reviewing various information sources for corporate action announcements and for building and maintaining a golden record of all events. The WHEM-based AC team is primarily responsible for sourcing and publishing events in the US, Canadian, and Latin American markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage messaging queues
  • Run various automation tools to review and build events
  • Perform quality control of the automation tool output and make final modifications before release to clients
  • Identify automation solutions to reduce manual work
  • Contribute to publishing various team metrics

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work closely with business partners and interact with all staff levels
  • Experience working in large-scale, large-volume work areas
  • Technical knowledge regarding process flow automation tools
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments
