The Enablement team at Etsy focuses on building out the platforms and services that our Product and Engineering teams rely on to deliver outstanding experiences to our buyers and sellers, and play a meaningful role in defining the developer experience. As a data driven company, our Data, Machine Learning and Personalization platforms are fast-moving and a key point of leverage. At the same time, our mature web and app platforms, including our design system, are critical components relied on by hundreds of engineers daily and keeping them running efficiently is crucial. As the VP of Product Management, Enablement, you will leverage your experience and expertise in Data, Machine Learning and Scaled Platforms to lead the development of the systems that underpin the entire Etsy experience.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Chief Product Officer and the base salary range will be $293,000 - $381,000 USD per year. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy. For this role, we are considering candidates based in the United States who are either remote, flex, or office-based. Qualifications

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Envision, communicate and gain alignment from other product leaders and cross functional partners on initiative-level product strategy.
• Build, maintain and prioritize long-term roadmaps for product optimization, which align to Etsy's larger Product Org roadmap.
• Define and clearly articulate guidelines, principles, expectations, goals and success metrics for product managers and their teams.
• Cultivate a product culture that champions customer outcome product development, rapid testing, learning and iteration.
• Ensure that all product decisions are underpinned by a deep understanding of the customer and validated through research, testing and measurement.
• Advocate for continuous innovation, constant learning through testing, taking risks all while preserving the customer experience and protecting business interests.
• Work closely and collaboratively with leaders across our other functions to realize the full scale and potential of the product.
• Recruit incredible talent and retain them by being accountable for the individual inclusion, developmental and growth needs of each of your team members.

• 12+ years of experience leading business and product initiatives in high velocity tech companies with at least 5 years of management and leadership experience.
