If you would like to join us, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive that will help us continue to scale our financial advisor offering to some of the largest advisory firms nationwide.
About You:
You are a seasoned SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of driving ARR growth through multi-seat sales, outbound prospecting, and strategic deal execution. As a Senior Account Executive, you are both a closer and a leader, capable of operating in a high-growth, evolving sales environment while mentoring and elevating those around you.
You thrive on building net-new relationships with mid-market financial advisory firms, using a consultative approach to educate and sell to C-suite executives and key stakeholders. You are proactive and strategic—able to navigate complex sales cycles, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive high-value expansion opportunities.
With your leadership and expertise, you will play a key role in accelerating our go-to-market strategy, helping refine our outbound sales motion, sales processes, and revenue-driving initiatives. You take ownership of your pipeline, are comfortable with longer sales cycles, and have experience successfully landing and expanding enterprise or mid-market accounts.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to shape strategy and make a lasting impact. You love to prospect, nurture high-value leads, and win new business, all while mentoring and setting the standard for junior AEs. You’re energized by the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth team, working closely with leadership to define and execute scalable sales strategies that drive meaningful business results.
In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and developing new mid-market opportunities within the RIA and Broker-Dealer space, helping us increase market share and land some of the largest potential new partners. Reporting directly to the Head of Advisor Sales, you’ll have a direct impact on sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth, setting the foundation for long-term success.

- Research and strategically approach key contacts, leading outbound efforts to generate high-value opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and rollout.
- Execute a land-and-expand strategy, maximizing ARR growth through multi-seat adoption, expansion, and upsells.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, leveraging a consultative sales approach.
- Deliver high-impact demos and build consensus among multiple stakeholders to drive deal success.
- Act as a sales leader and mentor, helping to elevate junior AEs by sharing best practices, coaching on deal strategy, and fostering a team-first culture.
- Lead by example in prospecting, negotiation, and closing, serving as a model for excellence in sales execution.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, proactively shaping and refining sales processes rather than just following a playbook.
- Comfortable with ambiguity—able to thrive in an early-stage or high-growth SaaS environment where strategies and systems are continuously evolving.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue, ensuring strong predictability in deal execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Member Success to drive alignment and accelerate deal cycles.
- Represent the company and brand at industry events, conferences, and through personal brand-building efforts.
- Present the company's value proposition to prospective clients, both virtually and in-person, including at industry events with up to 10% travel required.
