Our team is trusted by industry leaders such as See Tickets, Live Nation, C3 Presents, and the NBA.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>As a Project Manager for WRSTBND, you'll:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Determine and define event project scopes and objectives within the parameters set forth by the client and sales team</li> <li>Work directly with the client to ensure all event requirements and expectations or exceeded</li> <li>Provide detailed and preemptive communication to both clients and our internal sales, operations and logistics teams</li> <li>Work closely with the technical team to ensure integrations, upgrades, and features promised to clients are functional and tested.</li> <li>Prepare and manage event budget based on scope of work and resource requirements</li> <li>Support shows onsite, and Identify and resolve issues in a professional manner throughout the duration of the project</li> <li>Measure project performance throughout scope to identify areas for improvement</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You don't have to check all the boxes, but we think these skills are important:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-8 years of experience managing complex projects or events <strong data-stringify-type="bold">(live events, ticketing and show operations experience preferred)</strong></li> <li>BA/BS in Computer Science or related field</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills for clear communication with clients, team members and vendors</li> <li>Ability to work independently while exercising strategic judgment and initiative</li> <li>Ability to solve problems independently and creatively by thinking outside the box</li> <li>Ability to be a motivated self-starter alongside a willingness to learn</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours based on projects, including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 25% based on project needs</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay Scale: </strong>$65,000-$75,000</p> <p><strong>Bonus:&nbsp; </strong>This position is eligible for a
