Position: Seasonal Pool Attendant

Location: Madison House Condominiums – Cincinnati, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 10am-6pm (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

*This is a seasonal position working the months of mid-May through August 31st. Towne Properties will provide the training needed to perform this job.

Who You Are:

• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. 
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in emergencies.
• Meticulous with effective multitasking skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background and drug screening if offered the position.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee pool activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain cleanliness in and around the pool area. 
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and their guests.
• Carry heavy objects, such as rescue equipment and pool maintenance supplies.
• Open and close the pool.
