JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Senior Director GTM Software the Director, Tradesphere Solutions is responsible for managing client solution delivery and client service management for the Tradesphere product set.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Tradesphere Solutions team in all customer implementation, migration and improvement projects.
  • Provide client management and support for the tradesphere software customers. 
  • Coordinate with client contacts to manage renewal and new contract negotiations for software subscriptions. 
  • Provides overall direction, strategic vision and participates as required to ensure the successful delivery of all tradesphere related client services.
  • Directs the tradesphere solutions delivery team in their delivery of the tradesphere solutions to our external customers.
  • Coordinates internally to facilitate sales activities and other strategic initiatives. 
  • Direct revenue management and collection processes, including management reporting and monthly billing activities. Interact with new and existing clients for sales requests. 
  • Capture customer feedback for use in developing product roadmap and supporting business cases
  • Support sales process through technical estimates, in person support, development of standard sales packages and materials. 
  • Support management with key financial metrics required and other strategic initiatives
  • Primary escalation point for any client service matter and coordinates as necessary with management of other internal teams including Development Infrastructure, Compliance and Managed Services.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

EDUCATION

CERTIFICATIONS DESCRIPTION

  • Possess a current FinOps certification, or ability to attain within 6 months.
  • Possess an AWS Practitioner certification or ability to attain within 12months.
