The United Center, the largest arena in the United States, is located on the West Side of Chicago. Home to the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks and NBA’s Chicago Bulls, the venue also hosts concerts, shows, and other large-scale events.

Job Overview

Join Levy at the United Center as a Loft Cocktail Server, helping deliver top-tier hospitality in our newly launched loft suites. Seeking a personable and efficient Cocktail Server to take and deliver drink orders, maintain a clean section, and support bar staff in a fast-paced environment. Must have alcohol service certification, strong communication skills, and prior service experience. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs required. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly and take drink orders promptly and accurately

· Serve beverages in a timely manner while following responsible alcohol service guidelines

· Maintain a clean and organized section throughout service

· Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a courteous and professional manner

· Work closely with bartenders and other servers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drinks

· Handle card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system

· Maintain knowledge of drink menu, special and ingredients

· Monitor guest behavior and report any concerns to management to ensure a safe environment

· Check identification to verify legal age requirements

· Assist in setting up and breaking down service area as needed

Qualifications:

· Previous serving or cocktail service experience in a bar, lounge, or high-volume venue preferred

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong multitasking and time management abilities

· Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

· Certification in alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, Basset or Tips) required

· Professional appearance and positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for extended periods

· Lift and carry trays up to 25 pounds

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment
