Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Journeyman Budget Analyst to support our customer on site at Ft. Shafter HI. The Journeyman Budget Analyst will be able to articulate and display financial information to dozens of stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the creation of organizational spend plans.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience with Army or Joint funding in a Budget Analyst role.
• 3+ years of experience performing detailed budget analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms including Power BI.
• Experience assisting in the creation of organizational spend plans.
• Ability to articulate and display financial information to dozens of stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with budget reporting through General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
• Experience managing Army and Joint funds at Echelons Above Brigade.
• Experience with Army or Joint exercises in the INDOPACOM Area of Operations.
• Working knowledge of Fiscal Law principles.
• Experience creating Program Objective Memorandums (POMs).
• Department of Defense Financial Management Certification Program (DoDFMCP) Certification.
