Summary of Job Duties:
Provide leadership to the Arkansas 4-H Civic Engagement and Leadership program statewide. This includes curriculum development and review, state event coordination, volunteer and staff training, communication, and scholarship at the state level and beyond.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in leadership, education, or related field.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data management, & email programs. A high level of technical competence in the area of responsibility. Ability to develop & deliver quality presentations. Ability to exercise initiative, make sound judgments, & work without close supervision. Ability to relate & respond to the needs of supervisors, subordinates, & clientele.
