WSP is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Construction Management team in Atlanta, GA.
Your Impact
Position Summary
Provides more high-level clerical and administrative support under very limited review that requires experience, initiative and is seen as very confidential in nature for one or more project managers. May support senior staff and management levels. Solves problems and makes decisions within established guidelines and procedures; uses judgement is selecting appropriate methods to solve problems; works under general supervision.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Types and proofreads documents, reports and emails messages using processing, spreadsheet and data management applications.
- Compiles accurate data to prepare reports
- Make meeting and travel arrangements if required, and process related expenses reports.
- Inputs necessary information into Horizon for project entries and expense reports. Also uses data to prepare pricing tool documents.
- Perform ETC entrees using the Forecasting Tool
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 7 years of Transportation or GDOT Administrative experience
- Requires use of technical and business vocabulary and detailed knowledge of GDOT operations, organizational procedures and personnel.
- Highly proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software packages.
- Ability to work under pressure or deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Professional communication skills.
