Position Overview:We're looking for a Personnel Manager who is committed to helping our team succeed by ensuring personnel tasks are carried out efficiently and consistently. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in helping the store operate at its highest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hybrid role: supports personnel functions while actively working on the sales floor
- Maintains a regular in-store presence alongside administrative responsibilities
- Creates weekly employee schedules for store manager approval
- Oversees time card maintenance and accuracy
- Assists the store manager with staffing, including onboarding and training
- Ensures sale signs are updated
- Processes banking

Qualifications
The minimum requirements for this position include:
- Ability to report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
- Willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with the team.
- Basic math skills for operating a register.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
