Job Description

L’Assistant Chef de Projet Nouvelles Régions accompagnera le Chef de Projet Développement Nouvelles Régions NORD sur le périmètre de ses SELAS, sur l’ensemble des taches relatives à la création de Sites de biologie médicale. Il s’assurera de la bonne gestion des projets et du suivi des processus Groupe. Il pourra également assister le Chargé de Stratégie sur des projets transverses, stratégiques et d’optimisation impactant l’entièreté du périmètre Biologie Médicale.

Principales missions et responsabilités :

• Participation à la prospection de l’immobilier des futures SELAS ;
• Gestion du processus de suivi Nouvelles Régions ;
• Point de contact avec les services juridique, comptabilité et achats Groupe;
• Classement et suivi de factures / devis / CR d’expertises;
• Analyse de données ;
• Participation ponctuelle à la mise en place d’une veille stratégique ;
• Préparation d’outils d’aide à la décision Nouvelles Régions.

Ces missions et responsabilités sont non limitatives et pourront être amenées à évoluer en fonction des besoins. Ce poste s’inscrivant dans un programme de développement ambitieux de start-ups, il sera attendu du candidat dynamisme, agilité et disponibilité.

Qualifications

PREREQUIS :

Qualifications : Formation en grande école d’ingénieurs ou de commerce de préférence (BAC +3/5). 

Compétences techniques : Maitrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Outlook, …); maîtrise de l‘anglais : expression orale et communication écrite appréciée.

Aptitudes humaines : proactif, porteur de solutions; adaptabilité.
