Cura Product Development – A skilled Back-end and DevOps Scrum team
Columna Cura supports employees, patients, and relatives throughout a citizen's health journey. The product is operational and has already been purchased and implemented by more than 36 Danish municipalities. Stepping into Cura Product Development, you will be part of a mature Scrum team of ten dedicated professionals. Influence, lead and develop new features to ensure a continuously great product
As our new colleague, you will lead and develop features, outline design concepts, write documentation, diagnose and handle incidents, and guide less experienced developers. You will sustain and foster the development and growth of our team, leveraging your skills and experience to maintain and promote a strong, cohesive, and performing group.
Therefore, you can look forward to:
- Feature development and feature leadership, where you'll guide and contribute to developing new functionalities and improvements.
- Debugging and incident handling so we effectively resolve incidents and issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
- Proactive system oversight to monitor and maintain the system's quality, including regularly assessing system performance code quality, identifying areas for improvement, and taking action to enhance system functionality.
- Knowledge sharing within the domain, supporting others in their learning, and understanding the product's functionality.
An experienced developer with solid competencies in Java and SQL
Joining as a Senior Systems Engineer, we expect that you have a relevant university degree and at least five years of experience as a developer in Java and SQL. As we have both national and international colleagues and customers, it is a necessity that you are fluent in both Danish and English. Furthermore, you should be proficient in working with Scrum.
As you join a back-end team, you will primarily work with back-end functionality and technologies. Therefore, experience with relational databases (SQL) and authentication mechanisms (SAML, OAUTH2, and OIDC) is required. Additionally, having experience with Kotlin, Gradle, Oracle, FHIR, PostgreSQL, Keycloak, Docker, and JBOSS/Wildfly is a benefit.
We also work with development tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Git, and TeamCity.
On top of strong technical skills, we seek a proactive and effective communicator, a colleague who can step back from a task, consider alternative approaches, and be capable and willing to do so. Hence, it is essential that you can work both independently and collaboratively with others.
