Program Manager - Supply Chain, Blue Yonder/JDA experience required

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager for Blue Yonder/JDA - PMM, Demand & Forecast implementation, to join our team. We are open to full-time, contract, 1099, etc. The ideal candidate should have extensive implementation experience in Blue Yonder/JDA implementation and be an expert in the subject matter.

In this role, you will be responsible for Program Management, overall leadership, and guidance to our clients on Blue Yonder/JDA PMM, Demand and Forecast implementation. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design, and develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Blue Yonder products. This position is a client-facing role, and you will be expected to build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Supply Chain, Blue Yonder software/JDA
• Must have strong skill set in JIRA, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint
• Results oriented, curious, proactive, personable, and a quick learner
• Extensive experience managing large projects and programs in the Supply chain, WMS, logistics domain specifically in a retail and/or CPG industry.
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills, including tailoring messages based on audience
• Able to think and communicate tactically and strategically, and to interact with confidence at senior management levels both locally and globally
• Excellent knowledge of IT project methodologies and end to end delivery including project intake, financial tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder communications, and leading program Steering Committee Meetings
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
• Flexibility during times of change
• Emotional intelligence to be aware of one’s own reactions and the reactions of others. Also, to be able to read communication styles of team members and react appropriately.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior level executives, senior management, and other departments
