Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products. Our Director will play a crucial role in driving the flawless execution of our production strategies, ensuring that all operations are efficient and aligned with our world-class standards.

• Optimize the utilization of materials, equipment, and personnel to achieve the production of quality products at minimal costs. You will be responsible for efficiently allocating resources to enhance productivity, while upholding our dedication to quality.

• Act as a liaison with engineering to release new products. Collaboration is key to our success, and you will work closely with our engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to production.

• Develop systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products. You will establish and maintain a robust reporting system to track and analyze production data, enabling us to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve our processes.

• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. As a leader, you will have the opportunity to build and develop a team that consistently exhibits strong work behaviors, empowering them to achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing production, operations, and management functions. We are looking for a Director with a track record of success in overseeing complex operations and driving operational excellence.

• Exceptional knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and enterprise system solutions. Your expertise in PLM processes will be instrumental in guiding our teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

• Strong ability to influence and guide planning teams to mitigate operations-related risks and issues. Your leadership skills will be crucial in navigating challenges and ensuring smooth operations.

• Demonstrated history of consistently providing timely planning-related information to supply chain and manufacturing. You will have a key role in ensuring that all individuals involved have the necessary information to make well-informed choices and achieve successful results.

• Ability to develop and report performance metrics for continuous improvement. As a data-driven organization, we value continuous improvement, and your ability to develop and report key performance metrics will be essential in driving our success.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production, operations, and management roles. We are seeking a Director with a proven track record of success and extensive experience in production, operations, and management.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and fostering organizational growth. Your ability to bring about positive change and effectively implement process enhancements will be instrumental in our quest for operational excellence.

• Experience in leading and developing teams that consistently exhibit exceptional work behaviors. We are looking for a leader who can inspire and develop a team that consistently demonstrates high-quality work, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Your ability to analyze and solve problems will help you effectively identify and address operational challenges.
