This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in health system retail pharmacy operations, problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking who are ready to tackle complex challenges and deliver measurable value to clients. This position will work on high-impact projects, providing strategic and operational solutions to a healthcare organization.</p><p></p><p>In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), senior leadership, and cross-functional teams on client engagements. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic problem-solving, client management, and operational execution, while developing critical skills such as advanced Excel modeling, data analysis, and storytelling. You will develop strong client-facing capabilities, including presenting to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.</p><p>This role emphasizes adaptability, a proactive mindset, and the ability to excel in ambiguous environments. You will learn to ask the right questions, create high-quality deliverables, and rapidly identify areas of value. This is an ideal next step for pharmacists with retail pharmacy experience who are ready to broaden their impact. By taking ownership of key initiatives and contributing to high-visibility projects, you will play an essential role in driving meaningful outcomes for our client and the organization.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Location:</b> This role is a remote role, ideally within PST zone and licensed in California.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Apply knowledge of retail pharmacy operations, workflows, regulatory compliance, and payer navigation to inform client recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with subject matter experts, partners, and client teams to deliver high-quality consulting solutions.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to client meetings and build trust through clear communication and results-driven insights.</p></li><li><p>Develop high-impact presentations, reports, and dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.</p></li><li><p>Create and refine executive messaging frameworks to communicate priorities, risks, opportunities, and recommendations effectively.</p></li><li><p>Address ambiguous problems using structured thinking, consulting frameworks, and hypothesis-driven approaches.</p></li><li><p>Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business recommendations, including pharmacy operational and financial data.</p></li><li><p>Build financial models, operational frameworks, and tools to support strategic decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Work across matrixed teams to gather information, synthesize perspectives, and ensure consistency in messaging.</p></li><li><p>Support cross-functional teams in preparing for executive meetings, reviews, and strategic checkpoints.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the design, planning, and execution of major initiatives, such as pharmacy service line optimization, operational readiness, and strategy refresh cycles.</p></li><li><p>Conduct due diligence on strategic questions, including customer insights, operational data, and industry trends.</p></li><li><p>Translate data and qualitative findings into insights that elevate leadership decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a high standard of organization, version control, and proactive communication with project stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met with attention to detail and accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Develop materials for enterprise summits, advisory boards, customer meetings, board presentations, and leadership offsites.</p></li><li><p>Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance consulting skills and pharmacy industry knowledge.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li><p>Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) from an accredited institution</p></li><li><p>Active pharmacist licensure required, licensure in CA preferred</p></li><li><p>2–5 y
