Customer Liaison Manager

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Customer Liaison Manager for our Air Force program at Lackland AFB, in San Antonio, Texas. 

 

The primary role of the Customer Liaison Manager is to facilitate communication between the Air Force operations, key stakeholders, and the Peraton team.

 

What you'll do:

 

• In this role the person facilitates information between the Air Force Operational community and the supporting Operations teams. 
• Understands the Air Force environment, capabilities and mission support requirements. 
• Ensures proper dissemination of actions, task orders, directives as they pertain to the sustainment and maintenance of the  network. 
• Implements processes and procedures to support Air Force methods of communication and tasking, tracking and reporting.
• Interfaces with top level Air Force Mission Support personnel, providing briefs, responding to inquires, assess mission support readiness and identifies actions. 
• Attends briefing meetings and can direct changes as required. 
• This position reports to the Program Manager and is expected to brief all actions supported for review for assessment or recovery.

Qualifications

12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience, 

 

What you'll need:

• Understanding of technology, the day-to-day operations that are occurring and the rest of the Peraton team functions to quickly answer, incoming questions or alleviate brewing customer concerns.

• Must have: ability to navigate complex relationships, bridge, communication, gaps, cultivate alliances, and partnerships, while operating in a high urgency environment. 

• Possess a deep understanding of the contract requirements and how our contract and technical solution fit within the operational construct of the customer in their mission
• Active Top Secret clearance

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
