The Fusion Release Engineering (FRE) team is responsible for the continuous integration, build and delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications, a highly complex suite of current generation application suite highly regarded as a market leader in this space. As a member of FRE, in this role you will extensively write programs in primarily Java, SQL and PLSQL. Other language development opportunities will also be available and encouraged. You will also be engaged in miscellaneous work with the Oracle Database including a variety of database management and administration tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least ten years of related professional experience in software development including
- Strong Java programming skills
- Strong SQL and PLSQL programming skills
- Experience in highly complex environments
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Self–motivated and self-driven, continuously learning, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Career Level - IC5
Enforce coding standards by developing Java analyzers within the jAudit framework of Oracle JDeveloper.
Enforce data model standards by writing PLSQL code to analyze the Oracle Data Dictionary object registry.
Implement the release process for new releases of jAudits.
Participate in database builds for Oracle Fusion Applications.
Take on ad hoc tasks as day to day changing needs demand.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes.
