Your ability to handle complex schedules and navigate challenges with precision will be key to success.</p><p>As a<strong> Transcon Agent</strong>, you ensure a timely and accurate movement of freight and information:</p><ul><li>Ensure smooth and&nbsp;<strong>timely freight process flow</strong></li><li><strong>Ensure accurate and timely data entry</strong> into our operational system</li><li>Track and Trace <strong>Transcon files and reporting</strong></li><li>Ensure accurate and timely client and <strong>vendor billing</strong></li><li><strong>Ensure delivery of freight </strong>and timely clearance when applicable</li><li><strong>Interact with customers</strong> in arranging their shipments.</li><li>Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers</li><li>Meet compliance at all times</li><li>Network communications,<strong> timely responses </strong>to emails and requests</li><li>Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policy</li><li>Understand customers procedures and maintain updated internal <strong>DLSOPs</strong></li></ul><p></p> <p>As&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;Transcon Agent</strong>, you pocess following skills:</p><ul><li><strong>2 to 3 years experience in logistics, </strong>preferable in road transport</li><li><strong>Bachelor degree</strong></li><li>Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results</li><li>Pro-active, strong organizational skills</li><li>Good computer skills <strong>(Excel, Word)</strong></li><li>Fluent in<strong> English and a good level of dutch</strong></li><li><strong>Eligible to work in Belgium</strong></li></ul>
