What you’ll do: 
The Risk Analyst is a key member of the Risk team who, under the direction of the Risk Director, has primary responsibility for day-to-day administration of the HMH Fleet and Driver Safety program. This includes data analysis to determine correct program tier, processing invoices, pulling reports, tracking vehicle orders and moves, accident and insurance management, and authorizing repairs. The Risk Analyst will assist in the policy development and tracking compliance. This position requires a self-directed individual who can work with all levels of employees within HMH.  

 

Primary Responsibilities:
Fleet and Driver Safety Management
•    Maintains list of vehicles and eligible drivers, ensuring employees are assigned to a vehicle or reimbursement program per established parameters.
•    Reviews all reports and follows up on any exceptions.
•    Reviews and approves vehicle maintenance.
•    Ensures all Fleet and Reimbursement vehicles are properly registered and insured.
•    Onboards/Offboards drivers and vehicles as needed.
•    Ensures annual MVR checks are completed.
•    Reviews Auto Accident notices, reporting to insurer, and tracking subrogation.
•    Monitors Driver Program policy compliance.
•    Helps resolve issues for Drivers.
•    Participates in Policy updates and Driver Safety Committee reviews.
•    Provide data necessary for Auto Insurance renewals.

 

Invoice and Billing
•    Reviews invoices for accuracy and submits in SAP. 
•    Creates PO’s as needed.
•    Ensures Concur reimbursements are completed correctly.
•    Works with Fleet & Reimbursement companies to ensure Fringe Benefits are provided correctly to Payroll. 

 

What you’ll need: 

•    Experience in Fleet and/or Data Management.
•    BA preferred or 3+ years’ experience in a Fleet or Risk related field.
•    Demonstrated Problem solving and analytical skills.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and concurrent deadlines.
•    must be able to produce excellent quality work that is thorough and accurate.
•    Strong interpersonal, customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
•    Comfortable with phone and video calls.
•    SAP experience preferred.
•    Ability to quickly learn multiple vendor data systems and apps.

 

Salary Range - 57K-67K
