Our Raytheon Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) department has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director who will be a member of the Global Ethics Office (GEO) leadership team and help support the implementation of the Ethics and Compliance program across the Raytheon business, serving more than 60,000 employees. Specifically, the Associate Director, along with at least two direct reports, has primary responsibility for reviewing, dispositioning, providing subject matter expertise regarding, and managing a team responsible for conflicts of interest (COIs), business courtesy requests (BCARs), and an annual employee certification. Because Raytheon has business operations across the globe, awareness of international regulations in these areas is also important 

 

The Associate Director will lead, perform and manage the work in these and other areas, develop and enhance existing processes and training content in partnership with key stakeholders, and coordinate with leaders, colleagues, subject matter experts (SMEs), points of contact (POCs), and other key groups across the RTX enterprise. The Associate Director will also serve as a SME and Ethics and Compliance Officer (ECO) for the Raytheon business and serve as the primary ECO to evaluate, provide guidance on and disposition general and specialized conflicts of interest (COI) inquiries received directly and through the applicable tools and reporting mechanisms, including those related  to secondary employment, personal and family relationships, third parties (e.g., contractors and suppliers), intellectual property (IP) considerations, proprietary information (PI) considerations, inventions, consultancies, publications, board memberships and other RTX business interests), in partnership with IP Counsel and other key stakeholders. The Associate Director will also manage inquiries and provide guidance on matters raised through other various mechanisms, including the Speak Up Helpline.
