What You'll Do
A successful People and Culture Partner will collaboratively and cohesively serve as a strategic partner to management and employees of the Experience, Product and Technology organization for the Americas and EMEA. The partner in this role will be part of a global team of partners supporting these functions, and will provide comprehensive People and Culture support in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational planning and structuring, soft skills and process training, and employee FAQs. This resource can be located within the United States or Canada and will be fully remote.
In more detail, the ideal candidate for this role will:
- Ensure compliance and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that align with business objectives
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and informed decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development programs, and exit management
- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to teams and individuals.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns proactively.
- Collaborate and communicate proactively with the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment on upstream and downstream impacts of initiatives and decisions
