We’re seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our Dallas, TX team on a temporary assignment supporting operations during a high-volume period.

Position Overview

As a Dispatcher, you’ll help manage daily delivery operations, coordinate drivers and contractors, and maintain strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery operations.

• Communicate with clients, drivers, and contractors.

• Schedule and track deliveries to ensure on-time performance.

• Resolve delivery issues and handle customer inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records and performance reports.

• Support recruiting and training of Independent Owner Operators.

• Ensure DOT and safety compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: High school diploma or 3+ years of dispatching or logistics experience.

• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).

• License: Valid Driver’s License required.

• Bilingual: Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
