Job Description Summary:

What you need to know about the role:

The Senior Financial Analyst in this role supports the Consumer, Marketing, Corporate Affairs & Design organization (CMCD).

In this role you will be responsible for providing financial insights to senior finance leaders and business partners across the organization.

Meet our team:

The CMCD Finance team works closely with our Consumer and Marketing business leads to provide financial oversight and financial analysis to ensure we are investing in the long-term success and growth of the business.

You will own the expense budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation of results on a monthly basis for several of our key businesses.

Job Description:

Your way to impact:

  • You will be responsible for making recommendations on best-in-class solutions including financial tools and processes. The successful candidate will look for ways to streamline and automate using the latest technology solutions while still providing insightful analysis.

Your day-to-day

  • Own the expense reporting and senior level dashboards for several key businesses
  • Ensure the integrity of the financials including proper accrual and accounting guidelines are followed
  • Maintain and track cost center, headcount, and budget movements

What do you need to bring

  • Track record of P&L management and business partner experience
  • Experience working with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Workday
  • Demonstrated success analyzing business needs and making recommendations based on financial insights
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute in a dynamic fast-paced organization
  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar degree
