Check out <a href="http://www.agilent.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">www.agilent.com</a>!</p><p></p><p>To strengthen our Cork team, we are looking for a Customer Service Success Coordinator to coordinate on-site service assignments (repairs, maintenance and installations) for our Agilent Biomolecular Field Service Engineers (FSE) and Authorised Service Partners (ASP) across the UK and Ireland.</p><p></p><p>Main tasks:</p><ul><li>Efficient scheduling of our service engineers' on-site visits for repairs and maintenance/qualifications and installations of Agilent and non-Agilent systems</li><li>Optimising the productivity of our Agilent service engineers while ensuring customer satisfaction</li><li>Prioritisation of service calls with particular attention to contractual response times, management of critical issues and customer needs</li><li>Customer management and ongoing customer communication to communicate service status at all times</li><li>Active collaboration with the service manager, sales and sales management to ensure efficient scheduling</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2></h2><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Sound relevant professional experience in the service sector, preferably with an international technology group</li><li>Good written and spoken English skills</li><li>Experienced handling of MS Office applications</li><li>SAP/CRM knowledge is an advantage</li><li>Customer-orientated demeanour</li><li>High ability to work in a team</li></ul><p></p><p>In addition, you will have the following:</p><ul><li>Ability to cope in a fast-paced, demanding multitasking environment every day and respond to sudden changes in priorities and manage critical issues with immediate solutions</li><li>Logical approach to problem solving, creative and results orientated, with attention to detail</li><li>Effective and concise communication skills - verbal, written and listening</li><li>Proactive approach to all planning tasks and ability to work both as part of a team and independently without direct supervision</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>We offer:</p><p>A permanent, challenging full-time (hybrid) position based in Cork is available to start as soon as possible.
