Technical Product Manager, Perioperative

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide product roadmap and vision for the Perioperative solution

• Conduct market research and analyze competitors

• Articulate and prioritize product requirements

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to launch products

• Gather user feedback and leverage it for product improvement

• Monitor product performance and make informed decisions based on data

• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology

• Proven ability to manage product development from inception to launch

• Understanding of Agile methodologies

• Excellent technical acumen and software development knowledge

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

It’s a Plus if You Have… 

• Experience in the perioperative setting

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance

• Experience collaborating with surgeons and perioperative staff

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000. This salary represents the middle to the high end of market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
