Key Responsibilities:
Guide product roadmap and vision for the Perioperative solution
Conduct market research and analyze competitors
Articulate and prioritize product requirements
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to launch products
Gather user feedback and leverage it for product improvement
Monitor product performance and make informed decisions based on data
Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology
Proven ability to manage product development from inception to launch
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Excellent technical acumen and software development knowledge
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
It’s a Plus if You Have…
Experience in the perioperative setting
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
Experience collaborating with surgeons and perioperative staff

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000. This salary represents the middle to the high end of market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
