Fitch Solutions is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor, providing global support to HR Business Partners and business leaders across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will play a key part in delivering consistent, high-quality HR guidance across the employee lifecycle—supporting day-to-day advisory needs, helping to interpret and apply policies, and contributing to people initiatives that strengthen performance, engagement, and culture.
Working with Fitch Solutions means partnering with a broad range of stakeholders and client types, each with distinct needs and priorities. The HR Advisor will collaborate across functions and geographies, bringing a practical, solutions-oriented approach to employee relations, change, and operational HR support—balancing local context with global standards to help bring a best-in-class experience to our stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity to be a critical member of an experienced, high-performing HR team supporting circa 1,200 employees globally. You'll be instrumental in both keeping our HR operations running smoothly and shaping our People agenda through continuously evolving business priorities and needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
HR Advisory & Employee Relations
- Act as the primary HR advisor for managers and employees across the global business, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters including performance management, conduct issues, grievances, and absence management
- Coach and mentor managers through challenging people situations, building their capability and confidence in handling ER matters appropriately
- Escalate and collaborate with HRBPs on high-risk or sensitive matters, providing well-researched recommendations
- Manage occupational health referrals, immigration cases, relocations and complex employee lifecycle matters
Operational Excellence & Service Delivery
- Own day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, probation management, performance cycles, compensation reviews, talent reviews and offboarding. Partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Service Center (HRSC) teams to ensure high standards are maintained in service delivery for Fitch Solutions.
- Design, document, and implement standardized HR processes and procedures to drive consistency and governance in service delivery across our global operations, creating clear guidance for managers
- Develop and maintain a suite of HR dashboards and reports, utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team
- Be the escalation point for the HRSC, providing guidance on non-standard requests and ensuring quality of service delivery
- Proactively use data analysis to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities (e.g., attrition hotspots, absence trends, recruitment bottlenecks) and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and service delivery, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience
