Supports North America Sales and Installation Operations Teams. Exporting and analyzing large volumes of data and reporting out to Sales Leaders, Sales Associates, Project Managers and Leaders, Field Associates, etc. This position helps deliver and implement Sales & Business Operations best practices, data analysis and reporting to improve overall performance and support leaders to implement best-in-class strategies and tools to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Executes data analysis and reporting tasks in assigned area of Central operations.
- Prepares and distributes standard reports, adhering to established timelines and deadlines.
- Works with Finance and IT on day-to-day maintenance of standard support systems, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Takes direction from management to deliver on ad hoc requests for leaders on a timely basis.
- Delivers and executes with accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Manages Operational KPI dashboards (For Example, project management coverage metrics) in a balanced scorecard.
- Continuous improvement in processes / automation of reporting and analysis.
- Captures detailed notes, status updates and action items on calls with Managers, Directors, and Leaders and reports out to appropriate team members.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Finance or Business Analysis.
- Experience of working with large volume of data, driving analytics and reporting in Excel and Power BI.
- Conceptual knowledge of order management processes, ideally gained in a Retail or Banking product environment.
- Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, V lookup, pivot tables and have strong typing skills.
