Product Manager - Conversion ML

Our technology is innovative and we have solid product-market fit; as a result, we've already reached profitability and are seeing tremendous growth.   As a Conversion ML PM at Liftoff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy for our neural-net powered machine learning system, Cortex, which is built to predict users’ responses to ads across different verticals and campaign goals.   Why this will be awesome:

Responsibilities

• Develop new ideas to improve our machine learning platform and models
• Develop experimentation plans via brainstorming, market research, and deep analysis
• Work with a world class team of engineers who are strong in both machine learning and software engineering
• Continuously adapt the product roadmap to new data and findings that arise frequently when working with a complex machine learning driven system

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working closely with software and machine learning engineers and shipping technical data focused products
• A well-developed mathematics, computer science, and/or machine learning background
• Solid analytical reasoning and cost-benefit analysis
• Deep data analysis and visualization skills
• SQL and basic proficiency with a scripting language (e.g. Python, R)
• Exemplary written and verbal communication
• Experience in analytics, mobile advertising, or machine learning at scale is a plus.

Location:

The location for this role is Pacific Standard Time Zone.

This role is eligible for full-time remote work in CA or in one of our US hubs in Redwood City or Los Angeles.

Compensation: 

Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate location and experience. The following are our base salary ranges for this role: 

SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County:  $145,000 - $165,000
Seattle/Olympia, San Diego, Santa Barbara: $135,000 - $155,000
