Podcast Marketing Assistant (ZR_23237_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Job Type:

• 4 hrs/day, 20 hrs/week - moving to full time within two months
  
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST
  

• Collaborate with the Agency Owner or Account Manager to implement a preset podcast marketing strategy from client onboarding to completion
  
• Transcribe podcast episodes and compile transcripts into Word documents
  
• Create engaging and accurate podcast descriptions
  
• Upload podcast episodes to the client’s distribution platform
  
• Write and publish blog posts related to podcast content
  
• Post videos to the client’s YouTube channel
  

• Basic knowledge of podcast production, including pre-production, production, post-production, and marketing
  
• Proven experience in posting podcast episodes across various platforms
  
• Comprehensive YouTube experience, including uploading videos and editing descriptions
  
• Strong blog writing and blog posting skills
  
• Proficiency in using ChatGPT (must-have) for content and task support
  
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a preset strategy and workflow
  
• Familiarity with the podcasting space and trends is a plus
  
• Stable and high-speed internet connection capable of handling frequent uploads and downloads of large audio and video files
