A Day in the Life

Join our dynamic team in Danvers, MA, as a Team Leader in the Extrusion department, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring safety, quality, and productivity during the 3rd shift.

This position offers the opportunity to support and optimize production processes, manage resources, and guide a dedicated team within a highly regulated medical manufacturing environment.

With your solid knowledge and experience, you will help achieve production goals, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality.

Schedule: 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:15 AM, Sunday through Thursday

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading the production team (15-20 operators) in work processes, equipment testing, manufacturing, disassembly, and reassembly as assigned by the supervisor
• Prioritizing the use of operators according to the build schedule
• Communicating process issues and providing status updates to the team supervisor
• Coaching operators/assemblers on production and problem-solving skills, performing technical reviews, and machinery setup/breakdown as needed
• Ensuring company quality and safety standards are upheld
• Supporting operators in getting materials and calling technicians when needed
• Conducting Tier Meetings

Minimum Requirements (Must Have):

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field
• Experience in a highly regulated setting such as medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with SAP and Agile methodologies
• Prior leadership experience or training
• Prior experience working an overnight shift

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$47,600.00 - $71,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
