We are seeking a highly skilled Bench Jeweler to join our team and contribute to the exceptional in-store experience our customers expect. As an artisan on our team, you will use your expertise in crafting original jewelry, performing careful restoration, completing repairs, and fine-tuning timepieces.

Bench Jeweler responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Jewelry repairs (ring sizing, soldering, prong repair, chain repair, etc.)
• Stone setting and tightening
• Refurbishment and restoration of jewelry pieces
• Custom jewelry design and creation
• Watch battery replacements and minor watch adjustments
• Working with both traditional torch techniques and laser welding

We are looking for a detail-oriented craftsperson who takes pride in their work and enjoys both the technical and artistic challenges of jewelry creation and repair. Strong communication and people skills are essential, as you will occasionally interact with customers and collaborate with the broader sales team. The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods is required.

Requirements

• 2 years experience as a bench jeweler preferred
• A passion for jewelry, flawless craftsmanship, and excellence in customer service
• Any professional certifications are a plus, such as Jewelers of America Certified Bench Jeweler
• Must be legally eligible for employment in the U.S.
