THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Trust & RFP Program Manager to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. This role will serve as the central point of coordination for managing customer RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responses that reflect Cyera’s commitment to customer trust and data security.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about process optimization and collaboration.

While the primary focus will be RFP and questionnaire management, this position will also have opportunities to contribute to broader GRC activities and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and delegate sections to internal subject matter experts (SMEs) across Security, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Track progress, monitor deadlines, and provide reminders and updates to ensure timely completion and submission.
  • Partner with Sales and GRC leadership to drive adherence to SLAs and continuously improve the efficiency and quality of RFP responses.
  • Facilitate process enhancements, documentation, and training for Sales and other teams involved in the RFP workflow.
  • Maintain a central knowledge base of standard responses and supporting materials, ensuring alignment with Cyera’s latest controls, certifications, and messaging.
  • Support additional GRC initiatives such as policy development, customer trust enablement, and audit readiness, as capacity allows.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Security, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in RFP coordination, sales operations, or customer trust/compliance functions in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS preferred.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using RFP management or questionnaire response tools and workflow processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, legal, and technical teams.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and continuously looks for ways to streamline and improve processes.
