We are currently seeking a Sr. Analyst, Corporate FP&A to join our Global FP&A team based in our New York, New York headquarters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key member of Corporate FP&A team, contributing to the execution of enterprise budgeting and forecasting; working closely with operational finance teams and business leaders to gather insights into business trends to update monthly forecasts; consolidating inputs across the organization and developing informed perspectives on results and risks and opportunities as they relate to the goals and strategies of the company
Drive insights from the Business and Consolidated P&Ls, identifying trends and early warnings, and distilling the information into actionable suggestions to communicate to Senior Leadership
Support the preparation of financial reporting package for Investor Relations, in coordination with Operational Finance, Treasury, External Reporting and Research to support the quarterly earnings release.
Manage the corporate planning/forecasting calendar, clearly communicating deadlines and deliverables to key stakeholders
Partner across the Finance, Accounting, and Technology organizations to identify automation opportunities and drive the implementation of process efficiencies and enhanced modeling and reporting capabilities
Maintain and support of financial systems infrastructure including working with Corporate Systems & IT to create new Budget & Forecast scenarios, update P&L hierarchies, and supporting operational finance team needs for management reporting
Support Global Capex management activities in partnership with the Global Technologies Operations Finance team
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide support
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel experience with building and maintaining financial models
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to collaborate and influence others (including Finance leadership) to drive business priorities across cross functional teams
- Strong organization skills and the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to take on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise
- Experience working with SmartView/Essbase or other comparable ERP systems and Oracle GL is a strong plus
- Media experience a plus, but not required
The base compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 commensurate with experience.
