The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $53,000-$113,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This What You Will do in This Role:
- Assist and support the career development, talent, and succession management for employees across the region to ensure that we find great career development opportunities for our people as we grow, and align our greatest talents to our most challenging roles
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to assess recruiting needs, assist in development of viable talent pipelines into the organization, and driving college relation activities for co-op and intern recruiting
- Function as a trusted advisor to management on issues which impact engagement & organizational effectiveness including talent management, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, change management, succession planning, and other HR related matters.
- Conduct performance management process for client teams, ensuring employees are trained on processes and systems. Work with management to facilitate goal setting and performance reviews
- Defining a communications plan to support engagement and change activity, working in partnership with the global communications team
- Supporting the leadership team advising on effective change management approaches to accelerate adoption
What We are Looking For:
- Typically a BS/BA in related discipline
- 1-3 years of related generalist experience.
- Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
