Position Summary
As the Digital Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and deployment of Lottery Engagement and interactive/iLottery content for Scientific Games. You will report to the Sr. Delivery Manager while maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, operations, and project management to ensure smooth and timely releases of our products within budget, and according to specifications.
Your role is crucial in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and driving continuous improvement in the delivery processes. As a collaborator within the digital delivery team, you will also contribute to process development across the Scientific Games Digital Solutions organization and assist with the presentation and distribution of new processes.
In this position, you will collaborate with multiple teams to integrate a range of loyalty features through various loyalty programs and customers. These include point rewards, coupons, second chance programs, achievements, and other player engagement strategies.
As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will contribute to our industry first SG Content Hub and Partner Program. As part of our best-in-class iLottery(eInstant) platform, you will be delivering from a library of hundreds of online lottery games crafted by our SG Digital teams and a selection of second- and third-party vendor content, as well as managing the delivery process of multiple licensed product lines.
Qualifications
Job Duties / Key Accountabilities
- Release Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account services, requirements, software development, quality assurance, project management, and delivery teams to ensure on time delivery.
- Coordination: Serve as a centralized point of contact for release related items, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Documentation: Create and maintain release documentation including release notes, version control documents, deployment plans, and verification.
- Risk Management: Monitor the progress of each delivery, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and quality delivery. This includes tracking overall progress of the software release and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan while proactively communicating risks and escalations as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact and manage expectations for internal and external stakeholders across the customer, interactive, and iLottery platforms while addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Deployment: Monitor and coordinate the release processes to ensure they are fully documented and followed throughout the delivery lifecycle, maintaining full compliance with audit protocols.
- Tools and Methodologies: Develop and manage documentation on multiple platforms, utilizing industry-standard tools to ensure successful project delivery.
- Post Release Analysis: Coordinate with Management on post-release reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Create project progress overviews pertaining to the status of ongoing projects, milestones, and any delays encountered during the SDLC on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Project or software delivery experience or equivalent education.
- Experience working in a client facing role.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) process.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to multi-task and remain highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
