We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Porter & Grounds Technician to help keep our beautiful community running smoothly. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone ready to learn and grow a career in apartment maintenance.

You’ll work directly with our Maintenance Supervisor and receive hands-on, one-on-one training in areas like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Prior experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

• Keep community grounds clean and inviting with daily property walks
• Assist with trash pick-up and common area upkeep
• Support light maintenance tasks, including cleaning vacant units and minor repairs
• Learn and assist with basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical tasks
• Help maintain shared amenities like courtyards and the pool
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and routine inspections

What We’re Looking For:

• A reliable, hard-working team player
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical knowledge is a plus, not required

Bonus If You Have:

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Groundskeeping or landscaping experience
