What you'll do :

• As part of our global creative team, you will be involved in visualizing concepts and content, executing designs to a high quality standard and coming up with big ideas to build love for our brand. 


• You'll work closely with your design lead to create high quality designs for all parts of the funnel and all channels, while collaborating closely with other teams to understand the challenges and learnings from previous campaigns.


• You have deep knowledge of design principles and how to apply them to create standout work.


• You love to wrap your head around the hierarchy of information and how to translate that into good design.


• You provide direction, mentorship, and support to junior creatives and promote internal awareness of creative trends and contemporary advertising standards.

Who we're looking for :

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Visual Designer or Art Director in an advertising, in house agency or in a comparable environment.
• You are a great team player who thinks out of the box and brings new ideas.
• You are highly familiar with the usual graphic design programs and are able to quickly sketch and prototype creative concepts.
• You have a high degree of initiative, independence and flexibility.
• You have high standards for your work, but also show a high degree of pragmatism and solution orientation when necessary.
• You are fluent in English.
