About the role

THE ROLE

 

As part of the Group Rewards team, the Group Benefits Manager will support the management of the benefits processes and policies for the Group for a successful total reward approach in close connection with the team and HR community. This role is a key contributor in creating a positive and caring workplace culture by partnering with the market reward teams, identifying areas for improvement, designing processes and bringing expertise in order to improve Richemont Value proposition.

 

Located in Bellevue, Switzerland, you will report to the Group Benefits Director.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•              Partner with our reward community across all geographies and markets and provide operational insight in the design of new and existing programs

•              Contribute to bring innovation in our benefits programs policies towards flexible benefits and wellbeing solutions and stay up to date on best practices and trends in Employee Benefits

•              Raise awareness on benefits throughout our reward community and larger HR community and ensure Group Benefits guidelines and governance are up to date

•              Maintain our benefits database and drive proper benchmarking analysis and regulatory changes monitoring on a regularly basis

•              Lead the renewal process for our employee benefits insured policies (Health, Life & Disability, Accident) in close relation with our markets and monitor the benefits premium accuracy with our Employee Benefits Captive

•              Manage the relationship with the providers in charge of Benefits Executive programs and Group benefits programs (employee assistance program and business travel assistance) and coordinate the communication of the plans with local HR

•              Subject Matter Expert on benefits topics for our major HR digital transformation project (Workday)

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

•              Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field;

•              Minimum 7 years’ experience working in compensation & benefits from multinational company background;

•              Strong capability to conduct data modeling and data analysis;

•              Experience in HR consultancy and managing multiple projects;

•              Agility to work within a matrixed, multi-businesses and functions environment
