What part will you play?

• GAF Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our New Homes program team as a Homebuyer Coordinator. The Homebuyer Coordinator role is the liaison between new homebuyers and GAF Energy.  Primary responsibilities include: introducing homebuyers to GAF Energy’s product(s), talking through lease and cash options with homebuyers, and documenting data within our internal systems.  This role requires excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to understand basic solar concepts and solar lease and purchase documents.

• You will report to the Principal Program Manager, New Homes and Commercial.

• This position will be based in Kansas City.

• The ideal candidate must enjoy collaboration across multiple teams to support the business. As GAF Energy grows, the Homebuyer Coordinator will be a key contributor in expanding our business volume.

What will you do?

• Introducing homebuyers to Timberline Solar product details as well as providing basic information on home solar systems

• Reviewing lease and/or purchase agreements with homebuyers and answering any questions or
