Account Manager - Agency/Craft
Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin

JOB SUMMARY

The Account Manager –works collaboratively with the Director of Fulfillment to support agency and craft customers in the beer, wine & spirits segment. The AM develops annual sales and marketing plans targeted at sales and margin growth within this market segment. They are responsible for driving sales, optimizing inventory and providing prompt and excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintains consistent communication with key buyers + customer contacts within their customer base.
• Prepare and present updates to plans every quarter and perform YE business reviews. Quarterly updates should include sales history, growth opportunities and reporting on key inventory metrics.
• Develop a strong understanding of promotional products and relevant items in the on/off premise.
• Provide product decks with suggestive and innovative items that will help drive more sales for the customer and promote their brand.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal departments. Provide expectations of customer’s needs that relates to each department. Identify and inform the appropriate department of any changes, adjustments, developments or problems related to both service and product.
• Work with key suppliers domestically and overseas on pricing, mockups and timing of new projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of related industry experience in Beer and Spirits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong work ethic with positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
• Be in the office a minimum of 4 days per week after initial training is complete
